STYLIST FIRST COMPENSATION

We have created a stylist-first structure that is transparent, easy to understand, & industry leading. Our goal is to see our team members succeed and find holistic wealth (money, time, knowledge, joy).

Our commission structure gives the stylist the lion's share of the profits that the salon brings in because that is how it should be.

  • Commissions aren’t capped so your compensation is truly tied to your success

  • Depending on your monthly sales, commissions can be anywhere between 44% to 70%+ with the opportunity at profit sharing as well.

  • Hourly pay for all mandatory training/events

  • Quarterly reviews and opportunities for commission increases and promotions

  • Clear & transparent- No sliding scales, or hidden fees.

  • Retail commission bonuses
