Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that happen within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment are very difficult to fill, which leads to uncompensated time for your stylist. This policy was created to be courteous of the stylists time and schedules. By scheduling with Hendrix Salon you agree to the following cancelation policy…
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 25% fee of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
A missed appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service on the day of the appointment.
Late Policy
Many of our stylists are booked throughout the day with very little wiggle room in their schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please know we may need to alter your services to fit within the allotted time frame.
